To finalize your appointment you must click "Pay Now" (through PayPal) or "Pay Later" (check or cash only in my office). You will receive a confirmation of your appointment on-screen and via email. If you do not, please contact me to confirm the appointment was received.

There is an additional fee for at-home services that is not reflected in the pricing below. Scheduling an appointment constitutes agreement with my policies.
